Classic Chocolate Cupcakes

1 3/4 C AP Flour

1 1/4 C sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 C vegetable oil

3/4 c milk

3 eggs

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

8 oz semisweet chocolate-melted

 

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Drop cupcake liners in pan
  • combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large bowl
  • Add oil, milk, eggs, and vaniila-mix 2 minutes
  • Stir in melted chocolate
  • Scoop into pan
  • Bake 25-30 minutes
